HILSTRA is a registered statewide 501(c)(4) Non-Profit Organization. It's members include actively licensed professional managers of legal short-term vacation rentals and is comprised of over 60 licensed rental managers representing over 1,500 legal short-term rentals statewide.

HILSTRA requires that all members are licensed property managers operating LEGAL short-term rentals. HILSTRA members are committed and held accountable to the highest standards of professionalism and lawful business practices. HILSTRA strives to create a positive impact on the local community.

HILSTRA connects licensed managers of legal short-term rentals. HILSTRA informs its members of industry standards, proposed legislation, and news surrounding short-term rentals in Hawaii. HILSTRA collaborates as an organization to advocate for legal short-term rentals in Hawaii.
